Birthday PArties & groups!

 

Have your birthday party or group celebration with us!

All birthday parties and events must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance, with a deposit placed to reserve your date. Requests submitted with less than two weeks’ notice unfortunately cannot be accommodated and will not receive a response. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting your event!

Price: $400 plus tax

$100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking

  • Two hours of all inclusive access to climbing with up to ten people

  • All gear required to climb is included

  • Two instructors provided for belays and instruction

  • Four auto belays and tons of bouldering

  • Chairs, tables, and refrigerator provided

  • Snacks and beverages available for purchase in the lobby

Additional Participants: $25 each

There is a staffing fee of $25 per additional hour per staff. Minimum of two staff members required per party (already included in price). Minimum of 1:5 staff insructors:participants.

Everyone attending (even if you do not plan to climb) is required to complete a waiver before entrance is permitted into the climbing area. An accurate headcount is required at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure all parents/children/participants have waivers filled out prior to the day of your event and a list of all names provided. A $100 fee (up to replacement cost) will be incurred on groups whose event results in damage or destruction of Rocksport Climbing Gym property. A $50 cleaning fee will be incurred for groups that do not clean up after their party.
